Customized solutions

1. Material and process optimization

It is integrally forged from 42CrMo alloy steel and subjected to quenching and tempering treatment (hardness 220-250HB). The tooth surface is processed by carburizing and quenching, combined with precision grinding to ensure that the tooth surface accuracy reaches grade 6 or above.

2. Large-scale production guarantee

Three dedicated production lines have been activated, equipped with automated CNC processing equipment, to achieve a stable daily production capacity of 30 pieces. Establish a full-process quality traceability system, with 100% inspection of key dimensions.

3. Phased delivery plan

Delivery will be made in four batches on a monthly basis (800 pieces per batch), and installation guidance manuals and dedicated installation tools will be provided as a set. Simultaneously dispatch technical personnel to the site to cooperate with installation and commissioning.
