Assembly method

1. When assembling, remove burrs, clean all parts and ensure that the mating surfaces are clean and free of impurities

2. When assembling, it is necessary to ensure that the centerlines of the bearing holes of the two welded fork heads in the middle are on the same plane, and the allowable difference shall not exceed 1°. The spline part should slide freely and the joint should rotate flexibly

3. 3. Clean the surface. Except for applying anti-rust grease to the flange end face and end face key, apply one coat of anti-rust primer to the rest, and then spray paint (do not apply paint to the friction mating surface).

4. 4. Regular lubrication is recommended. It is suggested to add oil once a week and once a day under high-temperature conditions to ensure adequate lubrication

5. To increase the service life of the cruciform slider coupling, adjust the cruciform shaft by 180 degrees each time it is disassembled to ensure that the cruciform shaft journal is used alternately and the wear is evenly distributed
