As an important comprehensive port operator in the north, Shandong Port Group has initiated a large-scale upgrading and transformation project of loading and unloading equipment to enhance the cargo handling capacity of major port areas such as Qingdao Port and Rizhao Port. As a key component of the transmission system of port machinery, the serpentine spring coupling needs to adapt to special working conditions such as high-frequency start-stop and salt spray corrosion.
Batch demand: 1,500 pieces of serpentine spring couplings, all delivered within three months
Environmental adaptability: It needs to withstand salt spray corrosion (in compliance with GB/T 10125-2021 standard), with a working temperature range of -10℃ to 60℃

Anti-corrosion structure optimization The coil spring is made of 316 stainless steel, and the shell surface is treated with double-layer electrophoresis and fluorocarbon spraying.
