Product structure
The core structure of the pin coupling is that a pin with an elastic sleeve (rubber material) at one end is installed in the flange holes of the two halves of the coupling, thereby achieving the connection of the two halves of the coupling. The elastic sleeve pin coupling was once the most widely used type of coupling in China and held an important position in the industry.
It was formulated as a standard of the Ministry of Machinery as early as the late 1950s
The standard number is JB08-60 (Elastic ring Pin Coupling), which is the first standard coupling in China
The pin coupling, with its simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low cost and easy maintenance, has occupied an important position in the development history of China's machinery industry and still plays a significant role in many general machinery fields to this day.
